Avani Enterprise began in 1992 as a water supply and drainage design practice. Today it is a family-led consulting engineering firm offering plumbing, structural and MEP design — still guided by the same belief: good engineering is scientific, sustainable and buildable.

Our founder
Apurva Shah
Founder & Principal Consultant
Apurva founded Avani Enterprise in 1992 and has led every one of its projects as Principal Consultant. A gold medalist in Fluid Mechanics and Irrigation, he designs water supply and drainage on hydrological principles — treating rainwater, wastewater and groundwater as one connected system.
His work ranges from heritage hotels and private homes to 21-lakh sq. ft. townships, and includes some of Gujarat’s best-known sustainable sanitation projects, such as the zero-energy, zero-discharge system at Secure Meters, Sanand (IGBC Platinum).
